To be able to run the custom TeamViewer client of CDP, you may be prompted to close the current running version of TeamViewer on your pc, if you already have another instance of TeamViewer running.
You can close TeamViewer by selecting "Exit Teamviewer" in the right click menu of it's icon in the the system tray.
The system icon will be visible or grouped depending on your settings. See below for the 2 possibilities:
After this step you can run the custom TeamViewer client of CDP.
If this doesn't work, you can pull up the task manager and then locate the teamviewer in the process list and right click and choose end task, all instances of teamviewer must be exited and then you can run the custom CDP support tool.
