Toner may be accumulating on the rollers
Note: Do not attempt to clean or touch the green/blue roller.
- Check to make sure your toner cartridge is not spilling toner in the printer.
- Clean the dirty rollers with a dry, lint free cloth
- Once all visible toner is removed, wipe lightly with a damp cloth and allow to dry
- Once dry, print several test pages
