    Receipt paper is getting cut off too soon


    Open up the front panel of your printer and make sure the triangle is aligned properly.

    The lines and settings could be incorrect, you can change these using the Scan Utility if you have it on your PC; contact CDP Support at 1.800.869.0493 - Option 1 if you do not have the Scan Utility.
