    ScanID - STX scanner error: MICR_ST_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND

    • If a user receives this error while trying to Scan an ID/receipt or a check

    -Open CDPCentral

    -Go to tools>setup>*password*>scanner tab

    -Endure the following settings below (boxed in red) are associated with the correct scanner type

    -If you are connected via USB, the settings should read STX_USB (STX)

    -If you are connected via Ethernet, the settings should read STX_Ether (STX)


    -Close out of Central and Teller for the change to take effect
