    CDP E-Teller pop up with service address message


    If CDP E-Teller pops up a dialogue asking for the service address most likely the software wasn't installed with the proper installation method, something went wrong during the install, or the environment variables were deleted.

    The end result is this when CDP E-Teller launches with this message.

    Essentially you need to enter the IP Address or Server Name in the red section below.

    http://[Server Name or IP Address of Server]/CDPETeller

    Once you enter it and press OK everything should connect.

    After that right click on the receiver in the system tray and go to settings to make sure everything is setup properly.  If it is not, go ahead and set it up.  Exit the receiver and re-launch the receiver and that should be about it.
