    After getting a replacement printer and have moved forms card over, nothing prints


    If you receive a replacement printer from Lexmark and you move your forms card over and nothing is printing properly (checks/notices/CDs)


    Make sure you have the correct firmware loaded into your printer:


    1) Open up your web browser and type the IP address of the printer into the address bar at the top

    2) Navigate to Reports on the right had side, and then Device Information


    Look at the Base section and make sure it ends with a 'C', if it does not you need to contact Lexmark and have them update the firmware to accept forms cards
