    CDP Central: User is not verified


    When trying to search for transactions in CDPCentral and you receive the message: User is not verified, this means the CDPeTeller receiver is not running

    1) Click on Start>All Programs>Complete Data Products Inc>CDP E-Teller Receiver



    2) If CDPCentral is still open, close down the window and re-launch it and try to search again


    3) If you are still getting the message after that, call Complete Data Products for Support at 800-869-0493 option 1
